Tenant portal preview · rolling out

Your rent, your receipts, your record.

Phone-number sign-in and tenancy linking are available in early access. Dues, receipts, agreement access, utility breakdowns, payments, and repair records are the experience we are rolling out next.

Early access · no app install · features enabled in batches

01 — Rent & receipts

Know what's due. Prove what's paid.

The planned dues view puts the amount, due date, and payment state at the top of the page. Landlords can already record payments and generate receipts in their workspace; tenant receipt access is rolling out.

The goal is a downloadable receipt history without relying on UPI screenshots. This screen is a preview of that experience.

02 — Your agreement

Your rental agreement, always where you left it.

Agreement access is being built so the tenant and landlord can refer to the same uploaded document. It is not yet enabled in the early tenant portal.

Renewal alerts are planned alongside tenant agreement access.

03 — Utility bills

See the math on every electricity bill.

When your building shares an electricity meter, your bill should show units consumed × per-unit rate + fixed charges = amount. On paper. Every month.

KARVM already calculates this breakdown in the landlord ledger. The tenant-facing view shown here is rolling out.

04 — Repairs

Log the repair. Keep the record.

Repair requests with photos and a shared response history are planned for a later portal release. The example shows the intended record, not a feature available today.

Not adversarial. Not passive-aggressive. Just receipts, for both sides.

05 — Sign in

Phone number, one SMS, in.

Enter your phone number

The same number your landlord invited you on. Country code auto-fills to +91.

Get a one-time code

A six-digit code arrives by SMS. Type it in. That's the whole login.

See your linked tenancy

The early portal confirms your tenancy link. Record views are enabled in batches as they become ready.

06 — If your landlord isn't on KARVM yet

Ask them. It's free.

KARVM is free for landlords during early access. If you forward this page to yours, they can be set up in about five minutes. Tenant portal access is enabled in batches, so your landlord can confirm what is available for your tenancy.

What to tell them: no more UPI screenshots, no more “did the receipt arrive,” no more Excel spreadsheets that go stale.
